mentoring and support work

Mentoring and support work can help with somebody who doesn't necessarily have a diagnosed condition, or an emotional concern but they just need to learn some skills to help them to function better as a human being. Skills such as interview skills, getting social, getting into the community and finding friends, public speaking skills or starting a business. It is a lot more practical than counselling and therapy and can sometimes be used together with therapy. We have male and female mentors for all age groups. Our mentors can help with:
  • Job skills
  • Improving self confidence
  • Getting social and making friends
  • Interview skills
